Application Process

Once you have selected the apartment you would like to rent the following will need to be completed to secure the unit:

  1. Complete a rental application available at our office or download our Application Form.
  2. A security deposit equal to one months rent is required at the time of application. Unit can not be secured until the deposit is paid in full. We will accept cash, check, money order or you may submit a payment online. Once we have received the application(s) and full security deposit the unit will be secured for approval.
  3. Applications are processed and reviewed including a check of the rental history and credit history of the applicant(s). In cases where a 12 month rental and/or credit history is not available, then a security deposit equal to two months rent or qualified co-signer will be required.
  4. When approved applicant(s) must execute a lease within 7 working days; or the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages in payment for the agent’s time and effort in processing the inquiry and application, including making necessary investigation of my credit, character, and reputation.
  5. In the event that an application is denied, the security deposit will be refunded in full.
