Upon notification of vacating your apartment landlord may, without hindrance or molestation show premises to parties wishing to lease or purchase the property during the office hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm daily.
 
Scheduling & preparing for inspection appointment
Call in for your inspection at least one week in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts. (If your lease expires July 31, you may want to call at least 30 days in advance due to the large number of inspections that day.) To be ready for your inspection, all your belongings must be moved out of the apartment and the cleaning must already be done. Inspections will normally be made during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Insepctions will be made on Saturday or Sunday only if it is the end of the month. Is is to your advantage to be present at the inspection.

Fees

Hunziker Property Management recognizes normal wear and tear will occur during the term of the lease. Tenants will be billed for repairs, replacement costs, or any damage done to the unit or grounds when found to be the fault of the tenants or their guests.

The following rates have been established to encourage the resident to leave their units as clean as possible. Failure to comply with move-out instructions may result in the following charges:

General Cleaning $25.00/hour
Carpet Cleaning $100 + Cleaning Cost
Lock Change $50.00-$100.00 (Estimated)
Light bulbs $2.00
Drip pans $5.00

**If all the keys are not returned prior to or at the time of inspection, the tenant will be charged for the cost of a lock change**
