Hunziker Property Management has been managing rental apartments, duplexes, and townhomes in the Ames area for over 60 years. Hunziker started as a locally family owned group of businesses that included Furman Realty and H&F Builders. The companies separated and Hunziker was split into Hunziker Property Management, Hunziker & Associates Realtors, HCS, and Hunziker Land Development.
