Most apartments include a garage, and laundry is available either in-unit or within the building. Rent covers gas (heat) and high-speed internet, while tenants are responsible for electricity and water/sewer. Residents also enjoy access to the Somerset pool and clubhouse. Select buildings welcome pets, and undergrads are invited too.
